This Surf City remodel started with a simple goal: a kitchen that feels light, warm, and easy to live in, and two bathrooms with a little more personality. We designed every space to work together while letting each one have its own voice.
The Kitchen. Perimeter cabinetry in Waypoint Painted Linen frames an island finished in soft Oat, giving the room a two-tone look that stays calm and grounded. A veined quartz countertop adds movement, while a vertical white picket backsplash from Emser draws the eye up toward the brushed nickel range hood. Light almond flooring and a Ruvati workstation sink round out a layout built for real cooking.

BEFORE
Bath 1: Deep emerald and teal tile in a staggered subway pattern gives the tub bath its bold, jewel-toned character, balanced by a white shaker vanity, white quartz, and warm wood-look flooring.
Bath 2: The shower softens to a glossy, coastal blue in a long-format tile, paired with a white and blue-gray hex mosaic floor for a fresh, beachy feel.
Brushed nickel Moen fixtures and matching cabinet hardware tie all three rooms together, so the whole home feels cohesive from the first room to the last.
